Our Carpet Cleaning System

Our professional truck mounted system allows us to bring the highest cleaning potential to your carpet. We use a carpet rake to lift the carpet pile, which agitates the pre-treatment product into the fibers. Next, we do a low moisture, high-temperature steam cleaning to rinse away the dirt and grime that the pre-treatment broke up. As carpet breaks down over time, the fibers get scratched and tarnished. Our encapsulation process fills in the broken fibers and replenishes the original color and feel of the carpet. The final and most important step to protecting your investment is carpet protectant. Our carpet protectant creates a barrier between carpet fibers and everyday dirt & grime.

TruClean was founded in 2015, with a passion to serve others through excellent work and service. Chris Bastow, Owner of TruClean, has almost a decade of experience in the carpet, tile, and grout cleaning industry. Chris is also a U.S Coast Guard Veteran. In Chris’ own words:
