As local residents ourselves, we are passionate about our community. From day one, showing our love for our community and supporting it as much as we can has been part of our vision for Thrive. Follow-us on social or stop-by and we’ll show you the many ways we fulfill this vision in our space. Until then, here are a few of our favorite community initiatives.

Start-Up Street

Thrive DTSP’s Start-Up Street is a dedicated collection of private office team suites in our space that we dedicate on grant basis to qualifying start-ups. Each 3 month grant provides the secure, private use of an office and and access to all of our member privileges to help that start-up assemble, accelerate and thrive at its most critical growth stages.  

Open Access for Non-Profits

As current and past members of professional development and non-profit organizations, we know how hard it is to find convenient meeting spaces for board meetings, training-sessions and other important meetings. Each month we reserve an allotment of our meeting and training room space, as well as our podcast studio time, for local non-profits to use at no-cost. Artist Gallery & Features

We want our space to be at the intersection of art & business, using art to deliver an emotional character to our space that excites, inspires and motivates us all to Thrive. We are business-first and respect the need to be professional, but, we also love cool art from local artists and how it to connects all of us closer to the community. We’ve decorated our walls with murals, paintings, photography and some other amazing works-of-art from local artists. Coming in 2021 will be an ongoing artist rotation where we turn over parts of our space for local artists to showcase their work with a sponsored showcase night and supported showing in our gallery space.
