The MAR St. Pete is a Performing Arts Studio and Incubator for dancers, creators, actors, musicians, and more. It is a place for rehearsing, creating, recording, live streaming, performing, and for all kinds of creative collaboration. It’s the place to move from student to professional. A place for small businesses to call home while they build the way to their forever home. A place that we can all use to create, to grow, to learn, to BE.

If you need some rehearsal space for yourself, or your band, please email us. The Mar also offers a wonderful student workshop every month called “A Scene + A Song.” It is a safe, creative, and positive workshop for students ages 8-18 where they can come together for an hour a day, write an original scene and song, and then perform it at the end of the week.
