About
My name is Steve Johnson, and I’m the technician behind PFCS. My interest in technology goes way back, but my road to providing technical support started with obtaining my A+ Certification at the Great Bay Community College in New Hampshire.
Since that time, I’ve provided support for the Portsmouth School Department in New Hampshire, provided assistance to a few Major League Gaming events, and served as a phone-based remote technician for a global help desk, while also helping customers locally.
Years of providing support through all these avenues has helped shape the style of personal support that I offer. Providing on-site support allows access to not only the problem device, but everything connected to it, allowing for the best diagnosis, and assistance.
With technology changing so quickly, it can be difficult to keep up with the latest trends, or troubleshoot problems when things go awry. I’m proud to offer first-rate support for all your technology needs.
