BOH duties include, but not limited to: cold side prep, sandwich prep, dishes, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, delivering food to customers, opening and closing BOH duties. BARBACK/BAR duties include but not limited to: providing top notch service to customers, beer, wine and food orders, clear communication with bartender, clearing dishes, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, opening and closing FOH duties. This position will be at an hourly rate when in the BOH, and a tipped hourly rate when in the FOH and will receive an hourly tip-share same as their fellow bartender.

Adhering to all guidelines, we will reopen HBS Monday with the below modifications to ensure a safe environment.
*Open Daily 12-7PM *25% occupancy inside as well as our covered patio. We have staged the areas which are allowed to be in use & removed/blocked off the rest. *Added additional outdoor seating in our parking lot - blocking off 3 parking spaces to create a save distancing space where we encourage online ordering for delivery to your outdoor table if desired. *All service will continue in a To Go fashion using single use items for consumption - sandwiches wrapped, paper cups for draft beer & glasses of wine, etc.
We will continue with online and call ahead ordering, curbside delivery, To Go Combo specials, & growler fills.
