Why Creating Health and Healing?

We start with wellness. Your own wellness means so much more than just not being ill. Wellness involves actively deciding to choose a healthier and more fulfilling life. It’s a journey of physical and mental wellbeing that benefits both you and those around you.
My role as an Integrative Health Coach is to explore the most suitable wellness options for you and guide you through the process. It is my goal to pass on my knowledge of nutrition so that you can understand your body better. Knowledge is power after all! You’ll get your very own nutrition plan that is tailored to you based on your unique body, lifestyle and activity levels.
We will not be working with some trendy new diet but rather be listening to the messages your body is sending to you to adjust and heal. Messages such as the pain, or the fatigue, or the brain fog, or rash and the stresses in our lives; not cover them up with a pill and possibly show up later in life to become an even larger problem.
As we go through the program, everyone hits plateaus, and encounters challenges. I’m here to give you extra accountability and to continually adapt your plan as your life and your body changes. It is never going to be a straight forward process. There will be ups and there will be downs. When you have the support network to help you, you can pick yourself up and turn things around so much faster compared to working on your own. You will not be alone in your struggles and I’ll listen and support you to achieve the all-important mindset shifts.
Finally, for your extra support, you will have access to further information on different topics including macro’s, gut health, insulin role in fat storage, recipes, cooking workshops, pantry make-overs and more. My ultimate goal is to make you your own nutrition and wellness coach.
