For more than 9 years, Bay Area Allergy & Asthma has provided the best in care to patients of all ages. Dr. Mona Mangat is board-certified in Allergy & Immunology and is a leader in the diagnosis and specialized treatment of asthma and a variety of allergic conditions. She is assisted by an outstanding staff of medical assistants and office personnel. Our mission is to create an environment where our patients and providers are partners on the journey to better health. Patient-centered care is at the heart of our practice. Our staff takes the time necessary to understand your particular needs, desires and barriers to attaining those goals. We want you to feel better walking out of our office than when you walked in.

Our approach begins by gathering a detailed medical, social and family history. A thorough physical exam is critical. Dr. Mangat has been trained as an internist & a pediatrician so she is quite comfortable examining even the littlest of patients. Together, we formulate a testing and treatment plan that is in your best interests. We spend a lot of time educating you on your disease process, how you can improve your environment and how to be compliant with the prescribed treatment regimen.
